Sustainable Competitive Advantage through Entrepreneurship, Market-Oriented Culture, and Trust

In a rapidly changing business environment, the entrepreneurship of top management is essential for survival and sustainable development enterprise. Building on view strategic choice theory, this study identifies relationship between entrepreneurship, market-oriented culture, work engagement. Data were collected from 493 employees regularly working in small medium-sized firms South Korea. The results indicate: (1) (consisting innovation, proactiveness, risk-taking) has significant positive influence (2) positively affects engagement, (3) culture effect (4) effects innovation proactiveness engagement are significant, controlling showing partial mediating (5) CEO trust moderates risk-taking Theoretical practical implications suggested.
